2019年10月18～20日的法国巴黎，在蓝天下的金色梧桐张开热情的双臂迎接四海宾朋之际，万众敬仰的最高艺术殿堂--卢浮宫卡卢赛厅内正在举办“时代卢浮宫艺术展”。据不完全统计，三天观展人数达近三万人。这次艺术展中，中国油画家赵新颖先生的京剧油画被来自世界各地的观众所瞩目。他的作品在卢浮宫古典油画的映照下，光芒四射，格外博人眼球。赵新颖先生颠覆性的中西技法合璧的创新绘画理念，打破了人们对传统油画的不变审美意识，引起了学术界的密切关注，引发了新的油画学术研究课题。它给国际收藏界带来了强烈的视觉震撼，珍爱他作品的藏家，显露了拥它入怀般的惊喜。

此次艺术展期间，中国文化艺术联盟主席多米尼克先生以及多位世界一线油画家都对赵新颖的画作给予了高度评价，很多中外艺术家还专程到场观展并拜见了赵新颖先生。其中日本著名女画家谏山惠実女士、加拿大画家Tina女士、法国资深艺术家及著名影视人龙蒙先生等几十位业内资深人士都对赵新颖的油画给予了专业层面的赞赏，并渴望能有机会深度合作。展出结束后，法国欧亚艺术联盟主席蔻依女士、副主席米歇尔.布鲁内特先生为赵新颖先生颁发了荣誉证书。据悉，展后多位收藏家已与赵新颖先生成交了多幅收藏作品。
