张景效,满族,中共党员,1938年2月7日生于北京,山东龙口人。1958年毕业于新疆工学院【原中苏矿山工业技术专科学校】同年分配到新疆克拉玛依油田工作。先后任实员,助理技术员,党委宣传干事,工会干事,劳资定额员,试油领班,统计员,计划员,经济办公室主任,计划科副科长,计划科长,副总经济师,总经济师,新疆石油劳动服务总公司副总经理,华油【新疆】企业集团副总经理等职。

Zhang Jingxiao, Manchu, a member of the Communist Party of China, was born in Longkou, Shandong Province, on February 7, 1938. He graduated from Xinjiang Institute of Technology in 1958 and was assigned to the Karamay Oilfield in Xinjiang in the same year. He has successively served as interns, assistant technicians, propaganda officers of Party committees, trade union officers, labor quotas, test leaders, statisticians, planners, Economic Office directors, deputy heads of planning departments, deputy heads of planning departments, deputy economists, general economists, deputy general managers of Xinjiang Petroleum Labor Service Corporation and deputy general managers of Huayou [Xinjiang] Enterprise Group.

书法是他的业余爱好。自幼受母亲关云青的影响,喜欢写字。但是没有系统的学书法知识,没有名师指点,仅仅是爱好而已。退休前张景效是克拉玛依市书法家协会会员,新疆自治区书法家协会会员,中国石油书法家协会会员。退休后他定居北京怀柔,现在是怀柔区书法家协会会员,中国中老年书画学会会员,北京及中国老年书画研究会会员,中国楹联书法艺术委员会会员。同时还被多个知名度很高的书画院聘为院士、书法师。

Calligraphy is his hobby. Influenced by her mother Guan Yunqing, she likes to write. But there is no systematic learning of calligraphy knowledge, no expert advice, just hobbies. Before retirement, Zhang Jingxiao was a member of Karamay Calligrapher Association, Xinjiang Calligrapher Association and PetroChina Calligrapher Association. After his retirement, he settled in Huairou, Beijing. He is now a member of Huairou Calligrapher's Association, the Chinese Society of Calligraphy and Painting for the Middle and Old Aged, the Beijing and Chinese Society of Calligraphy and Painting for the Elderly, and the Chinese Couplet Calligraphy Arts Committee. At the same time, it has been employed as academician and calligrapher by many well-known calligraphy and painting academies.

张景效先生的书法作品多次参加省、市、全国性书法展(克拉玛依市,怀柔区,北京市农林系统,老年系统,中国石油系统,文化部和省、市书协各大书画院组织的全国性书法展)并且获得不同奖项,从鼓励奖到一等奖、金奖等。并获得“实力派书法家”、“百佳书法家”、“文明使者”和“人民艺术家”荣誉称号。多幅书法作品还被编入《中国儒商墨韵》等数十部书法作品集,个人出版了《戈壁墨痕》书法作集。

Mr. Zhang Jingxiao's calligraphy works have participated in provincial, municipal and national calligraphy exhibitions (Karamay, Huairou District, Beijing Agricultural and Forestry System, Old Age System, PetroChina System, National Calligraphy Exhibition organized by the Ministry of Culture and major calligraphy and painting academies of provinces and municipalities) and won different awards, ranging from encouragement awards to first-class awards and gold awards. And won the honorary titles of "Strength School Calligrapher", "Baijia Calligrapher", "Civilization Messenger" and "People's Artist". Many calligraphic works have also been compiled into dozens of collections of calligraphic works such as "Chinese Confucian and Merchant Moyun", and a collection of calligraphic exercises of "Gobi Ink Trace" has been published by individuals.

张景效先生退休后曾就读于中国书画函授大学书法专业,并获得毕业证书(非学历)和优秀学员称号。2003年通过了ISQ9000A艺术类【书法】资质认证,由廖静文先生签发了资质证书,并授于“中国优秀书法家”称号。个人书法作品及在基层社区开展书法教学工作的事迹,在怀柔报、京郊日报、北京老干部等报刊杂志和怀柔电视台多次介绍与报道。2017年荣获第四届全国中老年书画双年展银奖。

After his retirement, Mr. Zhang Jingxiao studied calligraphy at the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Correspondence University, and obtained his diploma (non-academic) and the title of excellent student. In 2003, it passed the ISQ9000A certification of artistic [calligraphy]. Mr. Liao Jingwen issued the certificate of qualification and was awarded the title of "Excellent Chinese Calligrapher". Individual calligraphy works and the stories of calligraphy teaching in grass-roots communities have been introduced and reported in newspapers and magazines such as Huairou Daily, Beijing Suburb Daily, Beijing veteran cadres and Huairou TV station. In 2017, he won the silver prize of the 4th National Biennial Exhibition of Calligraphy and Painting for the Middle and Old Aged.

情感真挚,气象万千——张景效书法印象

唐张怀瓘《书断》有云:“询八体尽能,笔力险劲,篆体尤精,飞白冠绝,峻于古人,犹龙蛇战斗之象,云雾轻宠之势,风旋雷激,操举若神。真行之朽出于大令,别成一体,森森然若武库矛戟,风神严于智水,润色寡于虞世南。其草书迭荡流通,视之二王,可为动色,然惊其跳骏,不避危险,伤于清雅之致。”

张景效先生楷书从颜真卿、虞世南一路而来,却更趋于平正中和。其书用笔方圆兼施,以方为主,点画饱满,笔力劲健。在体势上既欹侧险峻,又严谨工整,欹侧中保持稳健,紧凑中不失疏朗,章法显得宽松而清晰。字体结构典雅大方,法式严谨而不失活泼,看似平正,实则险劲。

Sincere Feelings and Ten Thousands of Meteorologies: Zhang Jingxian's Impression of Calligraphy

Tang Zhang Huaibao's Shu Shu Shu Shu Shu Duan has a cloud: "Asking for eight strokes, the brushwork is dangerous, the seal body is excellent, flying white crown is excellent, steep than the ancients, the image of fighting the dragon and snake, the tendency of light favor of clouds and fog, the wind and thunderstorm are fierce, acting like a god." The decadence of real deeds comes from the decree, and is not a whole. It is like a spear in a military arsenal. The spirit of wind is more strict than that of wisdom and water, and its embellishment is less than that of Yu Shinan. Their cursive scripts are circulating repeatedly, and they can be regarded as two kings. However, they are frightened to jump on the steed, avoid danger and hurt the elegance.

Mr. Zhang Jingxiao's regular script came all the way from Yan Zhenqing and Yu Shinan, but it tended to be even and neutral. The book uses both square and round strokes, mainly square strokes, full stippling and vigorous strokes. It is not only steep but also rigorous and neat in physique. It keeps steady in its side, and is not lost in its compactness. Its rules are relaxed and clear. The font structure is elegant and generous, the French style is rigorous and lively, seemingly plain, but actually dangerous.

刘熙载在《书概》中说:“书要兼备阴阳二气,大凡沉着屈郁,阴也;奇拔豪放,阳也。高韵深情,坚质豪气,缺一不可以为书。”蔡希综《法书论》中亦有:“每字皆须骨气雄强,爽爽然有飞动之势。”自古书法以气韵为上,气是书法作品生命的本源,是书法本体所表现的精神状态。而先生的行草书又是另外一种面貌:点画虽然瘦硬,但神采丰润饱满,向上的挑笔出锋含蓄,带有隶书笔意。他在创作时不再注重炫技的细节,而是回归到书写的混蒙状态,以混元、质朴、直接的方式直取书法的内核,凭藉扎实的笔法功底,又在意识流淌的过程中,将感性的意绪化为书写的痕迹。

当代书法极其繁荣而又鱼龙混杂,在这种氛围里,他既要以自己的方式与古人对话,将历代各种书体的线条、结构、特征、风韵、气度等等因素提炼出来,又要将它们升华,融入到自己的笔墨精神中,来创造出合乎现代审美需求的作品。我们仍然可以将他的书风归为“二王”书风的延续,却别出奇样,展现出思想的色泽和意志的力量。

这些书法作品情感真挚,大气磅礴。他将丰富的情感化入书法的点线之中,或澎湃如海涛,或缠绵如溪流,或顿挫如群山,洋溢着一种阳刚、雄强、正大的气象。

Liu Xizai said in his book Outline: "Books should have both Yin and Yang, and most of them are calm and depressed, Yin is also; Qiba bold and unconstrained, Yang is also. High rhyme, deep affection, strong courage, lack of one can not be a book. In Cai Xizong's On Calligraphy, there is also a saying: "Every word must be bold and vigorous, refreshing and flying." Since ancient times, calligraphy has been based on charm. Qi is the source of life of calligraphy works and the spiritual state of calligraphy itself. And Mr. Hu's cursive script is another kind of appearance: although the dot painting is thin and hard, it is full of vigor and vitality, and the upward choice of strokes is implicit, with the meaning of Li Shu. In his creation, he no longer pays attention to dazzling details, but returns to the confused state of writing. He takes the core of calligraphy in a mixed, simple and direct way, relies on solid brushwork skills, and in the process of consciousness flowing, turns the emotional feelings into the traces of writing.

Contemporary calligraphy is extremely prosperous and mixed with fishes and dragons. In this atmosphere, he should not only dialogue with the ancients in his own way, extract the lines, structure, characteristics, charm, demeanor and other factors of all kinds of calligraphy in the past dynasties, but also sublimate them into his pen and ink spirit to create works that meet the needs of modern aesthetics. We can still attribute his style of writing to the continuation of the style of "Two Kings", but it is extraordinary to show the color of thought and the power of will.

These calligraphy works are sincere and magnificent. He transformed his rich emotions into the points and lines of calligraphy, or surging like waves, or lingering like streams, or setbacks like mountains, overflowing with a kind of masculine, powerful and magnificent atmosphere.
